Ok Game, major game flaws

Ive been playing since the start of the game release. Its a fun game, that plays a little like Clash. You join a syndicate and improve your city and thugs to become more powerful. This is where the issues start.
First major issue is the time it takes you to upgrade a building or research an improvement; days and not just 7 days but 100s of days unless you spend $50 and you can get it done instantly. But that is only for 1 upgrade; now you have to do that the other 25 upgrades or wait it out.
Second issue is that you can not compete with players who have been Playing and Paying for a while. So someone who has the highest troops can attack anyone they feel like. They attack you once and you loose everything. When I mean everything I mean All troops, All defense and All your resources to build up your city. Good luck playing in the events, new and semi-experienced players will never win.
The second issue shows why there are 1000s of abandoned cities through the map, no one can progress unless you spend $100s to $1000s on this game.
You can stop players from attacking you only IF you pay $5 a shield(every week).
Third issue is that everything is planned. If you dont live in Europe then you are not on the right Time Schedule to succeed. All the major events are when most the rest of the population are sleeping at late nights or early mornings. This issue makes it that the weekly War Events make everybody shield and the wars are boring without attacks or that all the top 20 players are killing beginning players. So if youre willing to spend $5 a week to play FarmVille this isnt a game you would want to play.
Fifth issue is attacking is unbalanced. Level one thugs die if they attack or get attacked by level 2 or higher. Level 2 all die if being attacked or attack higher levels and so on. There is no strategy in attacking other than spend about $300 per thug to get him to the highest level(there are 4 of them). Once you reach level 4, you now can kill everyone. The defenses that you build for your city are worthless. They give you now help unless being attacked by equal or lesser level thugs. But that doesnt happen since everybody shields because they are scared of the top 20 players.
So if youre not willing to shell out $1000s to be a real player this game is NOT for you. I will update my review once the developers make changes in this game for the better.
